.6/28/2008 4:56:00 AMPeople being afraid of each other
.6/28/2008 7:34:00 PMdeteriorating rental properties, loud people, crime and nuisances that follows these conditions.
.6/30/2008 3:28:00 AMDon't know very many people in the neighborhood. Poor maintenance of playground equipment at Pilgrim Park.
.6/30/2008 1:05:00 PMthere are parts of it that are unsafe with drug and gang activity and unfortunately those places are right in the middle of otherwise good neighborhoods
.6/30/2008 2:34:00 PMCrime, Speeding cars
.6/30/2008 7:56:00 PMPoorly maintained rental properties. Loud rental tenants who speed cars (&motorcylces) around neighborhood with booming music playing. Too many people renting duplexes resulting in 6-8 junky cars lining the street in front of property. People who operate car/cycle repair businesses out of their garages.
.7/2/2008 3:31:00 AMThe sectors that have too many children, running wild, and behaving in anti-social ways.
.7/3/2008 2:48:00 AMPilgrim Park and the kids hanging out on Westbrook Lane
.7/4/2008 3:23:00 AMproximity to low income housing/problems with renters
.7/4/2008 11:05:00 PMInflux of people who don't care about their property.
.7/5/2008 12:01:00 AMit's fine
.7/5/2008 1:57:00 AMtoo many barking dogs (inside and outside), need crosswalk and lights or 4 way stop at Raymond and Prairie. Sometimes will sit for 10 minutes trying to cross Raymond from Prairie at peak commuting hours. People getting off the bus have a dangerous time crossing the street, upkeep of rental properties, littering
.7/5/2008 11:49:00 AMCrime, noise, litter-unkempt properties, unsupervised children and teens, disrespect for others privacy/property
.7/5/2008 1:16:00 PMThat icky swath of Hammersley that gives us such a terrible reputation and the discomfort I feel walking/biking down that part of the street.
.7/5/2008 10:13:00 PMCrime. Rudeness of groups of people who seem to roam the neighborhood and seem to challenge you to confront them.

.7/7/2008 12:53:00 PMIncreasing traffic
.7/7/2008 12:57:00 PMDrug Dealing, Loitering, Unsupervised kids
.7/7/2008 2:48:00 PMWorry about violent crime
.7/7/2008 5:30:00 PMIt is becoming a collection point for those displaced by the Allied Drive restructure. People seem to want to follow their own rules when it comes to driving, walking in the street, loudness, late night rowdiness, motorcycles racing up and down the street, no discipline on parents part of their kids.
.7/8/2008 3:58:00 PMmessy yards, unkept yards, junk-filled garages, cars on the street, increased violence, more rental property
.7/8/2008 5:14:00 PMWe are surrounded by low-income families who tend to bring an increase in crime to the area.
.7/9/2008 9:57:00 PMThe increasing crime and not feeling as safe living here as I have in the past.
.7/10/2008 12:28:00 AMHow busy the streets have become. Street noise, Raymond and McKenna for example
.7/11/2008 2:56:00 AMCrime, petty vandalism, neglectful or absentee landlords allowing property degradation.
.7/14/2008 6:09:00 PMThe crime. I also feel there are people in our neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods who are in denial that there is a problem, and they are unwilling to get involved.
.7/18/2008 3:54:00 PMtrash in streets, some loud cars, strangers cruising around
